| In many story's in books or on the internet about the 2cv Sahara they want you to believe that a 2cv Sahara is a converted standard 2cv from the period. Now I am restoring a 2cv Sahara I think it's not likely that they started with a normal 2cv as there are to many differences in both chassis and body of the car. |
The chassis The chassis is a lot stronger then the standard 2cv chassis of a 12ph. All the red lines are extra strengthening parts in the chassis. The bottom plate of the chassis is longer and thicker then the bottom plate of the standard chassis. |
